We assess, train and advise senior executives in medium-large organizations who will be confronted by high-risk challenges.
Our approach is based on a proprietary methodology that has been used successfully by hundreds of organizations in Australasia as well as the United States. Co- developed by Principal, Jane Jordan-Meier, the methodology combines the closely related disciplines of crisis management, business continuity, risk management and risk communication to enable a more rigorous crisis response capability.

Assess:
- Report Card - our signature program. The Report Card will determine whether your business can cope with a crisis or a disaster. This comprehensive Snapshot-in-Time audit takes an all-encompassing review of your organization - systems, methods, plans; people, property and reputation. Your preparedness will be rated using a simple but powerful three point system. At a glance you will know how “crisis fit” you really are!
- Crisis Communication Audit - a more focused review of an organization's internal and external communication plans including methods, distribution, and audiences and how these are aligned to overall corporate objectives and other crisis and emergency plans. We consider all media - new and traditional, social - plus utilization of web-site and emergency notification systems.
- Reviewing Plans - this can be as brief as a one-day, independent review or a more comprehensive in-house audit. This includes a review of policies, procedures and plans to ensure that organizational goals are met.

“The desktop crisis response workshops run for the management
teams were invaluable in testing our incident management procedures.
The desk-top exercise was practical, time efficient and achieved the
required outcomes in a well-controlled training environment. Team
members and team leaders worked together with the facilitators in a
positive way. As well as enhancing our capabilities in crisis response
management, the links between team members were strengthened.” - Director, Census Communications Australian Bureau of Statistics
